VIWELL Redefines Wellbeing as the Official HRSE Dubai 2022 Wellbeing Sponsor


It is incredibly exciting to introduce VIWELL at the region’s leading HR Summit and Expo, HRSE. The event was kicked off by a keynote session on the “The State of Wellbeing in the UAE ” by Mohammad Husary, VIWELL’s CEO. This particular session attracted a lot of senior HR professionals and business leaders who were keen on understanding the wellbeing value proposition to employee productivity and business profitability. 

As the official HRSE Dubai wellbeing partner, VIWELL had a dedicated wellbeing zone where nine specialty panels on topics representative of its six key pillars of wellbeing were presented, inviting noteworthy industry thought leaders and guest contributors such as Chuck Gallespie – CEO National Wellbeing Institute, Philip Clarke – VP Talent Acquistion ADNOC, Andrew Stotter Brooks – Vice President of Learning and Development Etihad Airways and Fazeela Gopalani – Head of ACCA, Middle East.

The strategic panels covered The Value of Investment in Employee Wellbeing, The Impact of Wellbeing on Employee Engagement, as well as sessions on the impact of the six VIWELL pillars of wellbeing: Financial, Physical, Emotional, Nutritional, Professional and Social.

The wellbeing zone lineup also featured 15 minute “movement in the workplace” simulations conveyed by licensed physiotherapists to keep the visitors engaged but also reinforce the importance of exercise and movement at work. 

The VIWELL Wellbeing zone was one of the major highlights of the HRSE event, attracting lots of visitors and was at full seating and standing capacity throughout all panel sessions.

In addition to the forums, VIWELL exhibited demos of the Wellbeing Platform, showcasing its comprehensive and robust platform designed to help organisations attract and retain their top talent, support a healthy work life balance, improve employee productivity and enhance overall employee wellbeing. HRSE is the region’s largest summit for HR professionals, with an agenda dedicated to HR trends, challenges & opportunities shaping the Future of Work. The summit witnessed participation from 3000+ companies around the globe. The event hosted insightful seminars on Wellbeing at Work, HR tech, L&D tech, and other topics covering anything and everything about HR.
