VIWELL CEO Joins C-Suite DE&I Panel at HR Saudi Tech

The 6th Annual HR Tech Saudi Summit took place from the 9th to the 10th of November, under the theme of “Reimagine HR: Future of Work in the Digital Age.” The HR Tech Saudi Summit is one of the specialised events in the region anchored on HR Technology, converging top HR and IT leaders from some of the most progressive organisations and global technology innovators in Saudi Arabia under one roof for a period of two days to discuss latest trends, ideas and challenges faced in implementing technology for the advancement of human resource functions. 

As one of the wellbeing partners, VIWELL  had a dedicated booth where one on one discussions took place as well as demos of the VIWELL Wellbeing Platform, showcasing its comprehensive and robust platform designed to help organisations attract and retain their top talent, support a healthy work life balance, improve employee productivity and enhance overall employee wellbeing.

Our CEO, Mohammad Husary joined other industry thought leaders on a C-Suite DEI Panel on Day 2 focused on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. The speakers included Maan Fatani – CHRO of MEPCO Group, Marinette van Vuuren – VP of People and Culture of Palm HR and Mohammed Alsaedi – HR Manager of WalaPlus. The discussion focused on generational diversity in the workplace, health at work, racism and bias mitigation and lastly, the role diversity, equity and inclusion play in employee engagement. 

“Investing in employees’ wellbeing delivers significant returns – for the individuals themselves in terms of improved physical, mental and financial health, but also for the organisation in terms of enhanced performance and productivity, less absenteeism, and higher staff retention,” said Mohammed Husary.

HR Tech KSA attracted more than 400 HR and industry professionals, business decision makers across the two days to reassess the current trends in the world of HR and take a holistic approach to improve through wellbeing and tech advancements.
