The 6th Annual HR Tech Saudi Summit took place from the 9th to the 10th of November, under the theme of “Reimagine HR: Future of Work in the Digital Age.” The HR Tech Saudi Summit is one of the specialised events in the region anchored on HR Technology, converging top HR and IT leaders from some of the most progressive organisations and global technology innovators in Saudi Arabia under one roof for a period of two days to discuss latest trends, ideas and challenges faced in implementing technology for the advancement of human resource functions.

Our CEO, Mohammad Husary joined other industry thought leaders on a C-Suite DEI Panel on Day 2 focused on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. The speakers included Maan Fatani – CHRO of MEPCO Group, Marinette van Vuuren – VP of People and Culture of Palm HR and Mohammed Alsaedi – HR Manager of WalaPlus. The discussion focused on generational diversity in the workplace, health at work, racism and bias mitigation and lastly, the role diversity, equity and inclusion play in employee engagement.
