The CIPD Middle East chapter celebrated a memorable Middle East People Awards Gala Dinner at the Address Montgomerie, Dubai with VIWELL as the official Wellbeing Partner. The CIPD Awards recognise individuals, teams and organisations for shaping positive work cultures and promoting a people-first and innovative approach.The event was headlined by Valerie Hughes D’Aeth, CIPD Chair of the Board and Former CHRO at the BBC and featured Paralympic Champion Mark Colbourne MBE as well as 120 of the region’s leading employers were in attendance.
Some of the key discussion highlights included the recent emphasis on wellbeing and mental health in the workplace to better navigate world grappling disruptions, humanitarian and economic crises.
