CIPD Awards Welcome VIWELL as Official Wellbeing Partner

The CIPD Middle East chapter celebrated a memorable Middle East People Awards Gala Dinner at the Address Montgomerie, Dubai with VIWELL as the official Wellbeing Partner. As one of the pioneering companies in the region championing holistic employee wellbeing, we offer solutions, tools to support businesses prioritising employee wellbeing in the workplace. 

The CIPD Awards recognise individuals, teams and organisations for shaping positive work cultures and promoting a people-first and innovative approach.The event was headlined by Valerie Hughes D’Aeth, CIPD Chair of the Board and Former CHRO at the BBC and featured Paralympic Champion Mark Colbourne MBE as well as 120 of the region’s leading employers were in attendance. 

Some of the key discussion highlights included the recent emphasis on wellbeing and mental health in the workplace to better navigate world grappling disruptions, humanitarian and economic crises. 

“From flexibility to digital transformation, an increased focus on wellbeing & mental health and digitally-enabled learning initiatives, this year’s entries told inspiring stories of innovation, leadership and resilience – showing how Middle East employers are preparing for the future of work”, said Charlotte Chedeville, Regional Head of Operations – MENA at CIPD.
