  • Yes, you can update your profile information, including your name and profile picture. Click on your profile at the top right and select “My Account”.

  • Our onboarding process is straightforward and supportive. We start by aligning our tools with your company’s specific well-being goals, then guide your team through setup and engagement strategies. We provide ongoing support to maximize adoption and effectiveness across your workforce. 

  • You can run various types of challenges. Challenges which revolve around a single type of activity or challenges which have tasks varying activities. Step challenge, audio challenge, well-being check-in challenge are a few examples. 

  • You are provided with an admin dashboard, you can view insights, summaries, and reports on an organizational level and on a specific challenge level too. You can also manages challenges, teams and broadcast health tips, manage notifications from the same admin dashboard. 

  • The dashboard provides real-time insights on employee health, well-being, engagement levels, participation in initiatives, and overall workforce productivity metrics.

  • You can customize initiatives such as fitness challenges, mental health workshops, financial planning sessions, and team-building activities based on your organization’s needs.

  • By offering personalized wellness resources and engaging activities, the digital platform encourages a supportive environment, increasing job satisfaction and employee loyalty for the organization. 

  • Yes, VIWELL is designed to cater to all work arrangements, providing resources and engagement tools accessible from anywhere globally. 

Employer dashboard

Account management

  • You will receive an email invitation from VIWELL to set up your account. Click on the link in the invitation email and follow the steps to complete your registration. 

  • If you forget your password, click on the "Forgot Password?" link on the login screen. You will receive an email with your OTP to reset your password. 

  • To log out, click your profile at the top right, and select "Log Out" from the options. 

  • Currently, email addresses cannot be changed. If your email has changed, please contact support for assistance at care@viwell.com

  • Yes, you can update your profile information, including your name and profile picture. Click on your profile at the top right and select “My Account”.  

Organization settings

  • Navigate to " Settings" in the employer dashboard to view your current subscription plan and the number of active members. 

  • Navigate to " Settings" in the employer dashboard then click on Edit. Here, you can update your company name and logo. 

Managing access

  • You can manage access by going to the "Settings” à“Manage Admins”. From here, you can see a list of admins, deactivate or activate their access, or invite new admins. 

  • In the "Settings” à“Manage admins” click on "Invite new admin" and enter the email address of the person you'd like to invite. They will receive an email with a link to create their account. 

  • You can manage employee access through the "People" section in the dashboard, where you can view and manage the list of employees who have joined your organization, activate or deactivate their access.

Account management 

  • You can download the VIWELL app from the Apple App Store for iOS devices or the Google Play Store for Android devices.  

  • Access to the VIWELL app is provided by your employer. After downloading the app, click on "Create Account" and follow the steps. Once your account has been created, add the Access Code shared by your employer to get access. 

  • Currently, email addresses or phone numbers cannot be changed once they have been verified. If your email or phone number has changed, please contact support for assistance at care@viwell.com

  • To log out, click on the settings at the top right, and select "Log Out" from the options. 

  • Yes, you can update your profile information, including your name and profile picture. Navigate to Settings à My account and edit your profile information.  

Using the app 

  • You can check in on your mood each day through the "Daily Check-In" feature on the app's home screen or in the “Self care” section.  
    Go to “Self care” to see your checkins on any day and track your progress 

  • You can access the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) by navigating to the "Self care" section in the app and click on "Get support." Here, you will find contact details for your country. 

  • The content library is available under the "Learn" section in the app. You can browse and select from a variety of classes, audios, and recipes. 

  • Coins can be earned by participating in activities like daily check-ins, challenges, and completing wellbeing assessments. 

  • Coins can be used to redeem rewards like gift vouchers, which are available in the "Rewards" section of the app. 

  • Earned coins can be redeemed for rewards in the "Rewards" section of the app. Browse available gift vouchers and categories, select a reward, and follow the prompts to redeem your coins. 

  • The app includes tools for tracking health metrics, accessing mental health resources  participating in challenges, and engaging in well-being content across six pillars – physical, nutritional, financial, social, and mental. 

  • You can participate in fitness challenges, mindfulness exercises, and team competitions, with rewards like gift cards in the lifestyle, wellness space. 

  • VIWELL provides resources and tools that encourage setting boundaries, managing stress, and prioritizing personal well-being, helping you achieve a better work-life balance.

  • Yes, the app allows you to log and track various health metrics, including physical activity, mood, and overall well-being.

  • VIWELL organizes a variety of events, including fitness challenges, wellness workshops, and team-building activities that you can join

  • The app provides access to financial planning resources, and educational content to help you manage your finances effectively.

  • Utilize the mental health resources available in the app, including stress management tools and access to counsellors via the EAP.  Reach out to your supervisor or HR if you need additional support.

  • Stay informed by checking the app regularly for updates, participating in newsletters from HR, and following announcements within your organization.

Privacy & security

  • You can change the language by navigating to the "Settings" section and selecting "Language." The App is currently available in Arabic and English. 

  • To switch between light mode and dark mode, go to the "Settings" section and select "Appearance." 

  • To delete your account, go to the "Settings" section in your app and select "Delete Account." Please note that deleting your account is permanent, and all your data will be removed.
