    Introduced workplace well-being through CSR activities, team-building, sports days, and workshops.

    2019
    Launched a landmark B2B sports event, fostering employee collaboration and workplace wellness.

  • Digital transformation

    2020
    Shifted focus to digital wellness solutions with webinars and the development of a comprehensive platform. 

  • VIWELL platform launched

    2021
    Introduced a holistic digital well-being platform, empowering employers with real-time insights into employee health and engagement. 

  • VIWELL studio & active

    2022
    Launched VIWELL Studio to create culturally relevant content and rebranded Corporate Sports to VIWELL Active for broader employee engagement initiatives. 

  • Platform pilot

    Piloted the integrated VIWELL platform and employee app, combining well-being programs, gamification, and analytics for improved workforce productivity.
